What happens between p.149 and p.206

Alicia and Sam go together to hospital for a scan. Everything is fine with the baby. It's a boy.They see each other a lot after the scan for homework and watching TV but they don't have sex anymore. Alicia doesn't feel like it and for Sam sex is bad news.
Together they go to a birth preparatory course but they are the youngest and they don't like it there so they look for another course.
Sam´s mum asks him if Mark can live with them. It's okay for Sam because he knows from his future dream that he will live with Alicia and the baby in Alicia's house. So it doesn't matter if Mark lives with them.
Alicia and her parents wants Sam to live with them. However Sam wants to live at home with his mum and his skateboard because he hates to share a room with someone else and to sleep next to another person. Sam´s mum agrees with him and suggest that he can see Alicia and the baby every day.
In chapter 12, Sam is in the future again about two years later. He has a little sister almost as old as his own son but he doesn't know her name. He lives with his Mum, Mark and his sister.
Alicia phones him to care about Roof, their son, and to go to the doctor with him, because she is ill. Roof needs an injection. At the doctors Sam doesn't know Roof's name anymore because Roof is the nickname. So they have to leave the doctor without any injection.
On the way home to Alicia's house he asks Roof his name. Roof knows that his name is Rufus. Sam wants his son to say to Alicia that everything was fine with the injection. On the way home to Alicia's house Roof gets some ice cream and a helicopter in a toyshop. After that they go to the cinema because Sam doesn't know what to do with Roof for the next couple of hours.
The next day when he wakes up he's in the present again. Sam has a skate accident and his mother doesn't want him to skate anymore because he has a pregnant girl-friend and he will have a baby soon. He has to care about them and has to be responsible for them.
His mother tells him that she's pregnant. It's no surprise for Sam because of his future dream where he got whizzed into. Her baby will be only about four months younger than his own baby.
In chapter 14 Sam skates when his mum runs to him and says that Alicia is in labour and he has to hurry to come to Alicia's house. He's afraid about it but he tries to be brave. Alicia's Mum drives them to hospital. They argue a lot about the music they want to listen. Later when the baby is born, Alicia asks her mother about the singer's name and thats why their child is named Rufus (Roof) because of the singer's name Rufus Wainwright.
Later Sam's Mum comes to see her little grandson. The two mothers discuss about whom the baby looks like and also discuss about Roof's surname. Alicia decides to name him' Rufus Jones' (Sam's surname).
